AWBS is a web system that was customized for an airfreight company to manage their airway billing data in smoother means. The main purpose of this system is aiding the users in airfreight company to manage their airway details, generate billing, handling customer’s payment and having some reporting features as data presentation means. This system contained 3 main user roles which are sales, accounts, and managements. Each of these user roles have their own access permissions in this system.

Sales user’s main scope is to input the airway details. This system is customized to handle all the airway data that needed to capture for the airfreight company. They will also input all the information and details for an airway for example the customer information, flight date, destination, cargo weight, charge details & rate and others.

After the sales input the airway details, accounts user’s will in charge to generate an invoice based on the airway details input by the sales users. Invoice will be stored in the system then sent to the customers. Besides generating invoice, accounts also able to issue credit note to customer when required. Payment Records of the customer will be also recorded in this system.

Management user contain both of the access permissions that sales and accounts where they are able to view the daily, monthly & yearly sales report which will be showing the airway billing amount and profit. Besides, Management User also able to view the monthly statement report where they are able to view the transaction details for specific customer.
