This is due to the reason that the insurance claiming progress is hard to keep track and update in between insurance claim specialist and claimant especially when multiple insurances are involved. Therefore, insurance claim system is designed for a group of insurance claim specialists in Singapore to hasten the insurance claiming process. Insurance Claim System is developed in 2 platform which are mobile and web. Mobile platform is utilized by claimant to make insurance claiming and tracking. However, web platform is utilized by claim specialist and admin to manage the incoming claim requests from claimants.

The main features included in the mobile platform is claim submitting and tracking. Claimant able to submit an insurance claim by filling the claim details form provide in the mobile platform. After the claim request is submitted by the claimant, a claim tracking number will be generated and claimant able to track the claiming progress from time to time. Furthermore, appointment booking feature is provided in the mobile platform to allow claimant to make an appointment with claim specialists at ease.

While the web platform contained two access level which are claim specialist and admin. Claim specialist are able to handle and updates all the claims that are assigned to him or her by admin. Any claim progress updated by claim specialists will be able to be viewed by the claimant in the mobile platform. Furthermore, claim specialist are able to make response about the appointment booked by the claimant. These features are the core of hasten the claim progress where the platform will definitely receive positive feedbacks from claimants.

Lastly, Admin access level are able to manage all the claim request, claim specialists and claimant accounts. Admin can view and updates all claim requests and also have the right to assign the incoming claim requests to any claim specialists. Besides admin also can create or remove user account for claim specialists. Other than that, admin also able to send public announcement to claimant to ensure claimant are able to receive broadcasted announcements from Admin.
