Kuching Metro is a join tourism project that owned by HENZ Pacific Sdn. Bhd. which had partnered up with Sarawak Tourism Board (STB). Kuching Metro is the first free public buses which were running based on electric power or e-Bus for all locals and tourists in Sarawak. It will cover few routes from Sarawak State Legislative Assemble (DUN) to Semenggoh Wildlife Centre.

Besides, the standard features such as priority seats and wheelchair-friendly, Kuching Metro leverages on digital technology where all units will be equipped with free Wi-Fi internet access, real-time broadcasting content control system, live view of passenger counter, live view onboard CCTV system, mobile apps friendly and GPS tracking system.

The main feature for the Kuching Metro is it contained a bus tracking mobile application that had enabled user to keep track the movement of buses with ease. The mobile app will be showing all the location of Kuching Metro buses in Google Maps. Besides, Bus Stops that the buses will cross by will also be displayed in the Google Maps. Therefore, user can easily track the movement of the buses via this bus tracking mobile app. Furthermore, the bus tracking mobile app also will receive the real-time notifications which were sent by the Kuching Metro Admin Site. Other than that, this app also allow user to make complaint or feedback to Admin.
